Service fees will be clearly communicated before service commencement. Additional charges may apply for expedited processing or specialized services.
SUDHAN Business Solutions acts as an intermediary and consultant. Final approval of loans and insurance policies depends on the respective financial institutions and insurance companies.
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and comply with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with appropriate notice. Termination does not affect obligations that have already accrued.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
